At Real Chef Mo LLC, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be offered under normal circumstances.
  2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer do not qualify as valid reasons for a refund.
  3. Any delay in delivery resulting from customer negligence, such as failure to provide accurate delivery information, forfeits the option for refunds or exchanges.
  4. Orders not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  5. In the event of acts of nature or certified emergencies, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a re-delivery can be arranged; however, refunds cannot be issued.
  6. Failure to store and/or use products as labeled will not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
