- No refunds or exchanges will be offered under normal circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer do not qualify as valid reasons for a refund.
- Any delay in delivery resulting from customer negligence, such as failure to provide accurate delivery information, forfeits the option for refunds or exchanges.
- Orders not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- In the event of acts of nature or certified emergencies, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a re-delivery can be arranged; however, refunds cannot be issued.
- Failure to store and/or use products as labeled will not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
